Who we are

Rarest Form Limited, registered in England & Wales (company number 17433459), registered office 26 Cromwell Road, Ascot, SL5 9DG, United Kingdom. Save These Days is a product of Rarest Form Limited.

What we provide

A journal for the first year of parenthood, as a paid yearly membership: 128 prompts you answer in your own voice, a map of the year, written reflections, and a printable keepsake document — all kept in a private account so it follows you across your devices. The public prompt archive on this site is free to read and use personally.

What’s yours

Everything you record and write. We store it for you so it survives across your devices, but we never take ownership of it. You can delete any moment, download your recordings and transcripts, and open a printable keepsake of the year from your profile. You can close the Save These Days archive from Profile; your sign-in is shared with other Rarest Form apps you use, and keeps working there.

What’s ours

The prompt text, the editorial design, the brand, and the software. You are welcome to share individual prompts with friends or quote them when sharing your own pages. Please don’t republish the prompt set elsewhere as your own work — it also forms the printed journal of the same name.

Payments

The app is a paid yearly membership (£39 a year). You see the price before you pay, and nothing is charged unless you choose it. The 128 prompts on this site stay free to read, member or not. Whatever you record stays yours: you can download your recordings and transcripts from Profile at any time. Questions about a payment go to hello@rarestform.com.

Save These Days is a journal, not a medical or psychological service. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are concerned about your wellbeing or your family’s, please speak to your GP or health visitor, or contact NHS perinatal mental health services, the Birth Trauma Association, or PANDAS.

English law, English courts. If you’re in the EU, your local consumer rights still apply.
